To fulfill the objectives of this Data Protection Notice, we may transfer your personal data to national or international entities without requiring your consent, in the following cases:
To companies within the BLUE IVY group, for the purposes stated in this Notice.

To the Civil Registry for identity validation purposes.

If you do not wish for BLUE IVY to transfer your personal data, please send an email to info@blueivycoaching.com. You may change your preference at any time.
Refusal to Provide Personal Data
The main purpose for which we process your personal data is to provide the services you have contracted with us. Therefore, if you refuse to provide your personal data, we will be unable to fulfill this purpose.
Data Accuracy
You are obligated to provide accurate personal data. When you provide your information directly, we will assume it is true and correct. If we have objective evidence that the data is inaccurate, we will proceed to update, correct, or delete it accordingly.
Providing incorrect or inaccurate data may prevent us from delivering the contracted service.
Exercise of Your Rights
You may exercise your rights to access, delete, rectify or update, object, cancel, limit processing, and avoid decisions based solely on automated processing, as well as revoke your consent for data processing, by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer at info@blueivycoaching.com.
The DPO will provide the “Data Rights Request Form”. To process your request, you or your legal representative must prove your identity and, if applicable, the legal authority to represent you. The request must include:
Your full name and email address or any other means to receive responses
A document proving your identity and, if applicable, that of your legal representative
A clear and precise description of the personal data in question and the specific request
If your request is incomplete or requires clarification, or if it lacks the necessary documentation, our DPO may request the missing elements within five (5) business days after receiving your request. You will then have ten (10) business days to respond. If you do not respond within this timeframe, your request will be archived, and you will be notified of its rejection. However, this will not prevent you from submitting a new request in the future.
If the request is valid, our DPO will respond within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, and the service will be free of charge.
Right to Data Portability
You or your legal representative may exercise the right to data portability, requesting your personal data in a compatible, up-to-date, structured, common, interoperable, and machine-readable format, or request that it be transferred to a data controller of your choice.
Once your data portability request has been fulfilled, we will delete your personal data, unless you indicate otherwise.
Note: The portability right does not apply to data that has been inferred, derived, created, or generated through BLUE IVY’s internal analysis or processing.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Data Protection Notice is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the conflict resolution regulations and applicable laws of the Republic of Ecuador, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Quito, Ecuador, and the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
